There’s a often a difference between what we think is important and what is actually important.

Need to create a tech strategy for the next 6 months? It could be anything. Millions of choices, all equally important.

Finding the right answer is a needle in a haystack. For me, it’s easier to eliminate choices.

Whatever is left is the thing to do.
