The smart way to get results 💡

I was never the best at writing code.

However, I always had an innate ability to see code as a solution to a business problem.

I’m also lazy, so I don’t like to do work that doesn’t contribute to the company’s goals.

I’ve successfully deployed this throughout my career:

Find what job is worth doing and put the right person on the job.

That can mean finding someone internally, hiring full-time, or paying a consultant.

Then, ensure they understand what needs to be done and expect them to deliver high-quality service.

Some people limit themselves to the knowledge they have and the knowledge they can acquire.

Other people delegate.

Who makes more impact?

Best regards,

Taj
